Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement communication strategy aligned with the organization's business goals.
  • Create engaging and informative enablement content, including employee newsletters, event calendars, email announcements, product updates, presentations, webinars, infographics, and videos.
  • Plan and execute internal enablement initiatives, such as change communications, marketing campaigns, and employee spotlights.
  • Coordinate, market, and assist with content development for internal enablement events.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to understand their communication needs.
  • Define a measurement strategy to determine impact and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in internal communication or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field or relevant experience.

Salary, $90K - $115K DOE, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education, and location.
