Medical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team at Concentra. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and creating a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spends 100% of time in a center providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience
- Ensures day-to-day execution of Concentra's clinical model collaborating with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure
- Accountable for monitoring, understanding and effecting key clinical center metrics that relate to quality outcomes: Analytics and relate to quality outcomes: Practice Indicators, GRV, LOS, TAT, Specialist Referral Rate, Primary Care
- Manages Staff Clinicians and support staff and complies with APC supervisory requirements
- Creates a professional and collaborative working environment with full colleague participation that promotes teamwork, quality, exceptional outcomes, and patient and colleague safety and engagement
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited medical program with a M.D. or D.O.
- Board certification/ Board Eligible by ABMS/AOA preferred
- Meets State Licensure requirements.
- BLS Certified
