Position Overview:

As an IVF Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in guiding intended parents, egg donors, and gestational carriers through the intricate journey of third-party reproduction.

Your role will involve close collaboration with patients, healthcare providers, and medical teams to ensure a smooth and empathetic experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks
- Conduct initial consultations, provide counseling, and oversee IVF procedure education and scheduling.
- Develop patient treatment plans and timelines in conjunction with the primary physician.
- Assist in medication administration and ultrasound assessments.
- Collect blood, urine, and tissue samples as required.
- Guide patients through medication instructions, including schedules and dosages, while providing anticipatory guidance.
- Handle communications regarding medications, lab results, and analyses with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical system.
- Educate patients on diagnostic tests, procedures, and surgical options.

- Support male reproductive patients by providing education and coordinating care for specific cases.

- Schedule services using the electronic medical record system.
- Alleviate patient concerns by addressing anxieties and answering questions as appropriate.

- Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment by adhering to established protocols and seeking assistance when necessary.

- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Act promptly in emergency situations when patient crises arise.
- Liaise with third-party agencies to relay accurate information regarding donors and carriers.
- Offer emotional support to intended parents, donors, and carriers throughout the process.
- Coordinate initial consultations for donors and carriers.
- Ensure all necessary testing for donors and intended parents is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Organize and manage all regulatory documentation within the specified timeframe.
- Assign anonymous donor identifiers within the electronic medical system.
- Match donors with recipients and carriers with intended parents accurately.
- Collaborate with frozen donor oocyte banks for patient needs.
