Summary: Support the transition of Titleist Golf Gear to the SAP S4 HANA ERP platform. Collaborate with various teams within the Gear Division to implement comprehensive change strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a successful SAP launch while minimizing disruptions and enhancing user adoption across both business and technical domains.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business and IT team members to ensure effective cross-functional alignment and cooperation for Titleist Gear's adoption of SAP S4 HANA. Build and nurture relationships with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure optimal planning and execution of organizational change.
  • Prepare all Stock and Custom Gear information for global product launches, including Club Glove and Titleist Apparel. This involves coordination with R&D, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to maintain accurate product information throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Evaluate the scale of changes and recommend appropriate engagement levels to minimize disruptions and foster adoption.
  • Manage all aspects of change, including identifying and engaging end users, assessing change impacts and readiness, facilitating communications at all levels, conducting training assessments and development, addressing resistance, and reinforcing change. Provide consultation and coaching to program teams on organizational and business change standards.
  • Oversee and prioritize incoming support tickets effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement by integrating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is essential.
  • Functional experience with SAP S4 HANA Master Data, Order to Cash, Forecast to Produce, and Procure to Pay is required. Practical experience in organizational change management, encompassing people, processes, and technology changes.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Systems, including experience with ERP systems (SAP/Infor M3 preferred). Previous technical training experience and strong Ad-Hoc reporting skills, along with a solid understanding of the underlying logic, are required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Cognos 10 Report Studio, and Workspace Advanced. Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint. Previous experience in Golf, Customer Service, and/or Sales is highly preferred.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and engage in telephone communication.
  • Strong understanding of ERP principles, practices, and procedures, particularly in SAP.
  • Exceptional technical skills with the capacity to adapt swiftly to new and emerging software and programs.
  • Demonstrated competency in Project Management, Innovation, Problem Solving, and Adaptability, including the ability to develop project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes, and complete projects on time while displaying original thinking and creativity.
