Position Overview:
The ARLA Initiative is in search of a meticulous and proactive individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.

This role involves overseeing the management and strategic collaboration with a network of districts and educational institutions participating in our ARLA program.

The Program Coordinator will exhibit a strong dedication to our mission and will be accountable for the administration of the ARLA Initiative under the guidance of the project's functional director.

This position entails managing various responsibilities within the ARLA Initiative, contributing to the formulation of project goals, and ensuring the achievement of objectives within the parameters established by the University and project guidelines.

The individual will utilize independent judgment to determine the most effective strategies to meet the objectives outlined in the project plan.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the evaluation and analysis of project initiatives.
2. Contribute to the establishment of project goals.
3. Develop and oversee project timelines.
4. Manage space planning and equipment inventory/maintenance.
5. Achieve cultivation and revenue targets.
6. Collaborate with districts to create impactful strategies for program sustainability that involve families, communities, and local stakeholders.
7. Support the cultivation and onboarding of new district and school partners.

Establish and nurture relationships with community partners to enhance school support, comprehend the regional landscape and its influence on student achievement, and promote growth in the area.

9.

Represent ARLA as a leader in delivering STEM education and enhancing opportunities for student success across all partnered schools and regions.

Foster strong relationships with school-based and district leadership.

11.

Guide school-based and district leaders in utilizing data to develop robust academic programs, select effective instructional practices, recruit and train educators, and implement ARLA programming through ongoing communication, goal-setting, and clear expectations.

Collaborate with schools and districts to devise strategic plans, establish goals, and integrate best practices that ensure sustainable programming and the long-term continuation of ARLA strategies.

13.

Partner with ARLA regional teams and the broader Programmatic Partnerships Team to guarantee that the districts and schools we serve receive optimal service and support.

14. Collaborate across all ARLA teams to contribute to organizational objectives.
15. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Additional Duties:
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Compensation:
Annual Salary Range: $47,665 - $77,455. A Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field is required, along with two (2) years of relevant experience. Work experience may not substitute for the educational requirement. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
