Senior Marketing Account Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a Lead Client Relationship Executive who excels in establishing daily connections with clients, executing integrated marketing initiatives, and supporting management in delivering client presentations. In collaboration with the Associate Director, you will leverage your expertise in data analytics to optimize campaign performance. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President, Group Account Director.
This position operates in a hybrid environment, requiring three days of in-office presence each week. If selected for an interview, your recruiter will provide further details, including any necessary accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a deep understanding of the client's industry, brand positioning, economic factors, customer insights, marketing strategies, and competitive landscape.
- Clearly articulate the overarching program strategy, objectives, measurement frameworks, and outcomes for various initiatives.
- Collaborate in brainstorming innovative strategies, testing methodologies, and channel-specific approaches.
- Serve as a primary contact for junior to mid-level clients, focusing on identifying opportunities for cross-functional teams to propose new projects.
- Prepare concise presentations and ensure they are client-ready with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
- Gather client feedback and facilitate discussions with internal stakeholders.
- Develop clear, precise communications (both written and verbal) tailored to specific audiences (internal and client), outlining expectations and potential impacts (e.g., timelines, costs).
- Begin to lead project status meetings.
- Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, effectively communicating with the team and providing necessary documentation.
- Identify potential financial challenges related to projects and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with the centralized scoping team to create accurate and informed scopes of work for small to medium-sized projects, including timelines and budgets using appropriate tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in email and search engine marketing.
- Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to client service and ability to manage expectations effectively.
- Educational background in web development.
- Openness to travel as required.
