Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Navigator for Healthcare Services to join our team at CorsoCare. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to develop a clear understanding of all healthcare product and service lines, as well as the needs of seniors and their families.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing business and driving revenue through exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • You will work directly with our sales team to learn valuable aspects of our organization and professional selling skills.
  • You will become fully aware of the needs of seniors and the needs of their families, and develop business and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Coaching and Support: You will provide patient coaching and support in developing personal health care plans, including bedside and virtual patient assessments.
  2. Patient Needs Assessments: You will conduct thorough patient needs assessments to identify areas where our services can make a positive impact.
  3. Patient Education: You will provide patient education services to help individuals understand their healthcare options and make informed decisions.
  4. Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
