The Assistant General Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of all departments within the Equinox club, thereby providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities include training and supervising Front Desk, Housekeeping, and M.O.D managers, as well as assisting the General Manager in facilitating delegated projects and responsibilities.

Additional duties include managing inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance.

The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership ability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the fitness industry.

They will also have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business.
