  • Organizing the lab by monitoring completion dates.
  • Ensuring each assigned operatory is set up and ready prior to seeing each patient.
  • Providing patient education by giving pre- and post-operative instructions, including oral hygiene instructions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Required skills include dental assisting, digital radiography, electronic charting and records, and the use of digital technology. Vocational training is required, and 1-3 years of experience is preferred.
