Job Overview

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be part of an elite group of sellers who bring customized, white glove experiences directly to customers' doors. Your role will involve connecting with customers, introducing the latest technology and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with potential customers daily to introduce AT&T services and technology
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales
  • Work independently in the field, with paid training and coaching to ensure success
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with uncapped commission opportunities
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Maintain a valid driver's license, with a company-provided vehicle
  • Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
