Job Opportunity:

Epsilon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Establish initial contact with decision-makers and nurture relationships to generate sales leads.
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that address client pain points and help them achieve their goals.
  • Secure new contracts by effectively negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  • Become a trusted advisor to your clients, managing their accounts and ensuring they're satisfied with Epsilon's solutions.

Requirements:

  • A passion for sales and a hunger for success.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A resourceful problem-solver with a keen understanding of marketing and sales processes.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
