Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team at SGS de México, S.A. de C.V. as a Team Lead Customer Support. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer support specialists to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with the business unit manager and program coordinator to achieve departmental goals
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements

Requirements:

  • HBW work and thinking level
  • Several years of experience in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good administrative and organizational skills
