Position Title: Senior Manager of Foundation Partnerships

Founded in 2002, Operation Homefront is a distinguished national nonprofit organization committed to empowering military families, ensuring they thrive in their post-service lives.

Operation Homefront is on the lookout for a passionate individual to fill the role of Senior Manager of Foundation Partnerships.

In this pivotal position, the Senior Manager will work closely with the Director to implement a successful multi-million-dollar foundation revenue strategy at a national scale. Key responsibilities include:

  • Securing $2M in new funding
  • Crafting high-quality proposals and reports for foundation partners
  • Overseeing the implementation of grants
  • Identifying new funding prospects
  • Collaborating with various internal departments, including Finance, Programs, Marketing, and Development
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in grant solicitation, writing, and nonprofit relations
  • Strong proficiency in financial management and grant tracking
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Experience with military programs is advantageous

Core Responsibilities:
- Developing and submitting grant proposals
- Managing grant funds and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintaining accurate records and reports for donors
