Job Summary

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within our existing territory for NetApp products and professional services. You will develop and execute strategic plans to meet aggressive revenue targets, leveraging your expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationships. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong customer focus, technological acumen, and excellent communication skills.

***Must have active Secret clearance and willingness to obtain Top Secret clearance***

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans, leveraging NetApp's product and service offerings
  • Nurture and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Provide product expertise and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions and services
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on new logo acquisition, business development, and enterprise account planning
  • Experience selling into PEO C3T and TRADOC, with a strong understanding of the channel sales landscape
  • Strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team, rather than as a lone individual
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales targets and driving referenceable business
  • Passion for identifying new opportunities and driving growth in existing enterprise accounts
  • Strong understanding of storage and cloud technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Self-motivated individual with high integrity, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Education & Experience
  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must have active Secret clearance and willingness to obtain Top Secret clearance

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $223,000 - $273,000 total on-target earnings, determined by location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off, leave options, performance-based incentives, and employee stock purchase plans.
