Complete Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspection Supervisor to join our team. As a Quality Inspection Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and performance of the Visual and Dimensional inspection team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the planning and performance of the Visual and Dimensional inspection team, including incoming and final audit inspections, record-keeping, and equipment calibration.
  • Verify the use of inspection equipment and check calibration to ensure that expiration dates have not been exceeded.
  • Supervise inspectors' use and interpretation of complex blueprints and specifications, including relevant calculations and layouts.
  • Detect and report faulty operations, defective materials, and unusual matters to proper supervision.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition, adhering to prescribed and standard safety regulations.
  • Train or delegate for inspectors and ensure proper documentation of training is kept.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of inspection experience.
  • One to three years of supervisory experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to use CMM equipment and manual gauges.
  • Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team.
