• Lead a team of estheticians to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business results.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our estheticians.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with our product and service teams to stay up-to-date on the latest skin care trends and technologies.
• Participate in new service and product launches to drive business growth and innovation.
