As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be part of a patient care team providing specialized nursing care at one of our in-center hemodialysis units. Your responsibilities will include preparing dialysis machines, performing hemodialysis treatments, and monitoring patients during treatment. You will also be responsible for administering and charting prescribed medications, following CDC/CMS infection control regulations, and participating in patient care conferences and rounds.
We offer a competitive pay range of $39.00-$56.76 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including paid training, medical, dental, and vision benefits, life and long-term care insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies
* Perform hemodialysis treatments
* Monitor patients during treatment
* Administer and chart prescribed medications
* Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
* Participate in patient care conferences and rounds
* Document patient education efforts
* Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
* Assist in medication inventory maintenance
* Lead a small patient care team
* Contribute to onboarding new staff members
