Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care as defined by the client's individual Plan of Care and within the scope of state's nurse practice act.
- Administer IVIG in the home setting.
- Monitor patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes.
- Provide specialized nursing services, including counseling and education.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
