Advanced Wound Care Specialist

ReNew Wound Care is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team of wound care specialists.
We partner with skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and long-term acute care hospitals to provide advanced treatment protocols in the post-acute setting.
As a Nurse Practitioner with ReNew Wound Care, you will conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement advanced wound care techniques.
You will work closely with healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress, ensuring continuity of care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessment and treatment of patient wounds
- Development of individualized treatment plans
- Implementation of advanced wound care techniques
- Collaboration with healthcare teams
- Travel to multiple skilled nursing facilities
We offer a competitive base salary, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, and PTO/sick time.
Requirements include:
- Valid license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Board certification (ANCC or AANP)
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care
- Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus
