Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

BrightStar Care of Springfield/Decatur is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to clients in their homes, working independently to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform care as defined by client's individual Plan of Care and within scope of state's nurse practice act, in the clients home
  • Administer IVIG in the home setting
  • Monitor patient's condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
  • Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
  • Counsel clients and families on meeting nursing and related needs

Requirements:

  • Current and unrestricted RN license in state for which you are applying
  • 1 year of experience
  • IVIG experience in the home setting
  • Physical and TB screen within the last year
  • Current CPR certification
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US
  • Reliable car and auto insurance
  • Clean background and criminal record
