Nurse Care Specialist

Health Advocates Network is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at a facility in Ina, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatments and examinations of patients.
Observe patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisors or physicians of patient conditions and reactions to medications, treatments, and significant incidents.
Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other necessary readings to detect deviations from normal and assess patient conditions.
Perform various nursing tasks, such as making beds, bathing, and feeding patients, as needed.
Serve as a leader for a group of personnel providing nursing care to multiple patients, as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
A valid and current RN license issued by the state of IL.
A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association).
Proficiency in the English language for effective communication with staff and patients.
