Pediatric Nurse

Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting their health, safety, and well-being. As a Pediatric Nurse with All Ways Caring HomeCare, you will work closely with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to pediatric patients, as ordered by physicians and in accordance with established care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient, including medication management, wound care, and education on self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress, including medication administration, vital signs, and any changes in condition.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of operation.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).
