Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solutions Expert to join our team at Solve IMG. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide best-in-class service to our customers by listening attentively to their needs and effectively communicating the best applicable solutions.
  • Order Management: Enter and create corresponding sales orders, while advising customers on future forecasting of products.
  • Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate price quotes for customers, including estimates of related shipping charges and expected delivery dates.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current with product knowledge to be able to accurately advise our customers with the best product options.
  • Customer Inquiries: Efficiently respond to customer inquiries, regarding any adjustments, returns, credits or shipment tracking.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Regional Sales Manager to gain pertinent customer information and provide sales support.
  • Relationship Building: Establish customer relationships with a consultative approach and utilize technical product knowledge to assist in providing direction with product selection.
  • Account Management: Set-up client accounts in our internal CRM, and maintain and update all necessary client information.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Training: 1+ year of technical training or equivalent industry experience.
  • Industrial Sales Experience: Previous experience in industrial sales.
  • Power Transmission Experience: Previous customer service experience in a power transmission or bearings industry.
