Pitt Business is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Chief of Academic Programs and Student Services. This senior staff role serves as a trusted advisor to School leadership and provides direct support to the Senior Associate Dean of Teaching and Learning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans for enrollment management, academic programs, and student services.
- Lead and manage school-level teams, including international programs and integrated learning.
- Oversee the development and direction of academic programs, working closely with program associate deans and directors.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to design and execute innovative learning experiences.
- Facilitate strategic planning and execution to integrate goals, assessments, and outcomes.
- Provide budget management, assessment, goals, and strategies.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, conducting performance reviews, and overseeing human resource administration.
- Establish performance goals and evaluate success of assigned programs.
- Master's degree, PhD, or Doctorate preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience in enrollment management, academic programs, and student services.
- Extensive experience in leadership and management.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Knowledge of academic programs and student services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
