About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at IPeople Healthcare. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and objectives
  • Communicate progress and results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing reports as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer success and customer relationship management software, such as Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Professional certification in account management or a related field
