Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate customer invoicing
  • Daily review of bank transactions and recording of customer payments
  • Processing of daily bank deposits
  • Management of customer credit card transactions as necessary
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts receivable
  • Monitoring customer collections and addressing collection inquiries
  • Efficient processing of customer credit applications
  • Timely handling of customer trade credit inquiries
  • Data entry for accounts payable
  • Assistance with month-end closing procedures
  • Support in preparing annual financial documents for external accountants
  • Additional tasks and support as required
  • Participation in ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Inventory, Sales Orders, and Purchase Orders
  • Experience with NetSuite is preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and research capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive demeanor and confidence in interactions with colleagues, clients, and vendors
  • Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
