Business Development Representative

Role Overview
At Too Good To Go, we're on a mission to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste together. As a Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities
- Convince stores to onboard and save food with us through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Travel to new markets across the USA to launch Too Good To Go and expand our impact.
- Build connections and grow our community by signing up cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, and independent food retailers in new markets.
- Introduce potential partners to the world of Too Good To Go, train them on using the app, and advise them on finding the best solution for food waste.
- Work with the team to execute city-specific launch strategies, including researching expansion markets, identifying decision-makers, and generating interest for Too Good To Go.
Requirements
- Expert relationship builders who can quickly assess a new market, connect with potential local partners, and empathize with their needs.
- Confident cold-callers who can make high volumes of calls and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive business development professionals who can call and visit new prospects, and embody the values of Too Good To Go.
- Consistent and impact-focused performers who can hit individual and company targets.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% of the time, launching Too Good To Go in brand new markets.
