The Healthcare Revenue Cycle Trainer is tasked with educating associates on department-specific processes and procedures, facilitating both individual and group training sessions.

This role also involves the creation and ongoing revision of training materials, as well as assisting in the development of policies and procedures related to posting.

Building strong partnerships with team members and leaders across all departments of revenue management is essential.

Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring customer and patient satisfaction.

This role offers a hybrid remote work arrangement, with training and occasional meetings conducted at a designated location.

Qualifications:
In addition to embodying humankindness in the workplace, qualified candidates will possess the following:

High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.

1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle required.

1 year of experience with healthcare billing systems required.

Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications.

Schedule:
Days 8a - 5p

Physical Requirements - Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and the ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
