About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Patient Account Training Specialist to join our team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for training associates on department-specific processes and procedures, including individual training and group training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for revenue cycle associates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
  • Design and implement training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to associates to ensure successful implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and associate progress
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare revenue cycle required
  • 1 year of experience with healthcare billing systems required
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
