The Clinical Management Consultants team is seeking a highly skilled Medical Surgical Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our prestigious team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a Medical Surgical Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist to work with a Magnet journey Medical Center in beautiful Northern California.

As a Medical Surgical Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be part of one of the largest health care facilities in the area, known for outstanding programs in heart care, orthopedics, rehabilitation, robotic surgery, stroke care, and women's health. The emergency room is one of the nation's most technologically advanced intensive care and emergency facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staff development in the Medical Surgical Oncology department
  • Implement and evaluate unit-specific education, patient education, and evidence-based practice
  • Collaborate with Hospitalists, Oncologists, and Case Managers to maximize the plan of care for patients
  • Develop and lead education programs for staff
