Job DescriptionThe Executive & High Potential Development team creates development experiences and programming for top-level executive leaders, senior leaders, and high-potential leaders. This role will report into the Vice President, Talent Management and play a key role in the planning, design, communication, and execution of executive development programs and initiatives.
This position is responsible for stakeholder management of various internal and external partners including the Executive Operating Team (EOT), Human Resources Leadership Team (HRLT) BU/Fx Leadership, HR COEs, Senior HR Business Partners, Internal Communications, Event Services, Executive Admins, and outside vendors. The incumbent will leverage contemporary methodologies to accelerate achieving mckesson business priorities and demonstration of our leadership behaviors and capabilities by providing seamless programming to support the organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Apply expert knowledge of Executive Development to diagnose needs and define solutions that meet unique business requirements.
- Brings leading practices, emerging trends, vendor selection methodology, performance benchmarking analysis, and other activities to achieve clear and consistent strategic alignment to mckesson initiatives.
- Facilitation and presenting to executive leaders across the Organization.
- Engages with HR Business Partners, HR COEs and business leaders to understand requirements, organizational goals, and expected skills and behaviors of mckesson leaders (ILEAD leadership values) and creates capability programs to build the necessary skills and capabilities to execute the strategy.
- Defines and measures success metrics using qualitative and quantitative methods to monitor change progress and assesses the change impact(s) in achieving shared leadership culture.
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual with a strong background in talent management, selection and assessment, executive assessment, human resources technology, corporate training, instructional design, and digital learning. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in executive development or HRBP leadership/learning space.
Key qualifications include global experience, high-level executive development experience, ability to influence and advise executives one-on-one or in a group setting, ability to develop new and innovative solutions, and advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation Package:We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $153,600 - $256,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, other benefits such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
