Digital Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Wholesale Manufacturing Associate to join our team in Sevierville, TN. As a Digital Support Specialist, you will provide customer service, support the Marketing team, and be familiar with web design.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing/IT role, and previous customer service experience.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9A-5P, with an estimated salary of $40,000/year based on a 40-hour workweek.
Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service
- Support the Marketing team
- Be familiar with web design

- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Previous customer service is preferred
