Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a customer base through proactive sales and service efforts
  • Conduct routine inspections of undercarriage and ground engaging tools to determine wear and tear
  • Recommend products and quotes for services needed to customers
  • Complete weekly call reports with customers to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of industry sales experience or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office products

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of $24,000, plus draw and commission
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, vacation, sick leave, life insurance, and 401(k) with profit sharing and company match
