About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team at RTX. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of aerospace components, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble mechanical components according to blueprint specifications, using a variety of tools and equipment.
  • Inspect and test assembled components to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Comply with all relevant safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).
  • Previous manufacturing experience and knowledge of mechanical assembly processes a plus.
