About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities for Life Safety & Security products and services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure their safety and security.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities effectively, utilizing excellent prospecting and lead generation skills.
- Articulate complex concepts through strong communication and presentation skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their solution needs.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, driving results and success.

Requirements:
- Bachelors or Associate degree preferred, and two years related Industry and sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the life safety and security industry or related field.
- Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and understand their solution needs.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for tracking leads, managing pipelines, and generating reports.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
