We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Loan Relationship Specialist to join our Consumer Lending team at United Heritage Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their lending needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt and accurate responses to member inquiries, ensuring minimal hold times and exceptional customer service.
- Loan Servicing: Process internal event requests, provide primary support for lease segment, and assist with various lending tasks and projects.
- Decision Making: Make decisions regarding minor exceptions, document accounts, and present major challenges to management for review and resolution.
- Reporting: Work assigned reports in a timely manner, review and resolve report issues, and notify management of any exceptions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center, loan servicing, and/or account resolution environment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work with internal and external clients, providing effective interpersonal communication and team skills.
- Understanding of MS Office Suite and technical computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage customer conflict, and communicate difficult information effectively.
- Proven skills related to accuracy in the use of numbers and their application in processing and tracking credit union transactions.
