Key Responsibilities- Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our patients.
- Supervise and maintain patient safety, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the schedule/program, promoting positive patient outcomes.
- Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests, upholding our organization's values.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Driver's License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report.
- Proof of Insurance.
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment (training provided).
- Experience working in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facilities preferred.
- Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.
