Key Responsibilities
  • Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our patients.
  • Supervise and maintain patient safety, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of the schedule/program, promoting positive patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Driver's License with a favorable Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Proof of Insurance.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment (training provided).
  • Experience working in inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facilities preferred.
  • Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients preferred.
