Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Specialist to join our team at Amplify. As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our dispensary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception: Greet patients in a welcoming manner, verify patient/caregiver eligibility, and maintain accurate records.
  • Budtending: Educate patients on medical cannabis, dose, dosage forms, and devices, and advise customers on suitable cannabis products.
  • Cashier: Verify patient/caregiver identity, retrieve orders, and complete sales on a cash register.
  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Build patient pre-orders, print order labels, and perform accuracy checks.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Possess a high-school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass an FBI/BCI Background check
  • 1-2 years customer service experience strongly preferred
