We are seeking a creative, passionate, and committed research scientist to enhance our gene therapy modality expansion team and aid in the development of groundbreaking non-viral gene therapies.
This role is structured as an 18-month engagement, offering a distinctive opportunity for scientists to gain insights into drug discovery and development while receiving training in a corporate research environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, create, and evaluate the efficacy of nanoparticle formulations for mRNA/DNA delivery targeting the central nervous system or muscle tissues.
- Develop bioconjugation techniques to improve tissue targeting capabilities.
- Create analytical assays to analyze nanoparticle architecture and payload composition.
- Assist in the in vivo evaluation of non-viral gene therapy candidates.
- Maintain comprehensive electronic laboratory records, present findings at both internal and external forums, and publish research outcomes.
