We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Loan Fulfillment Manager to join our team at Local Government Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our Consumer Lending Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end loan fulfillment process for consumer and residential real estate loans.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of consumer loan fulfillment specialists, ensuring department objectives are met and staff training needs are addressed.
- Oversee the loan fulfillment process from submission to funding, ensuring accurate loan documents and closings.
- Identify areas for improvement in the loan fulfillment process and implement changes as necessary.
- Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reporting on team performance metrics.
- Perform processing with the team, including personal, auto, and home equity loans.
- Assist the AVP of Consumer Loan Operations with the review and testing of new releases and system enhancements.
- Maintain existing consumer credit products in the Credit Union's core system and lending operating system.
- Comply with and stay up-to-date on all policies, guidelines, and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to consumer loan servicing.
- Minimum 7-9 years of consumer loan servicing/loan documentation experience, including personal loans, auto loans, and real estate loans, with 1-3 years of management experience.
- Experience with consumer loan and documentation procedures, policies, regulations, and laws, including knowledge of bankruptcy and consumer law.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize, and accept change, with a strong team environment focus.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and travel occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Lending experience at a Credit Union or Financial Institution.
- Possess strong analytical and computer skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and remain flexible.
