Position Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster and nurture robust relationships with clients.
  • Effectively address and resolve client complaints and concerns.
  • Execute retention initiatives to maintain client engagement.
  • Gather and assess client data to inform enhancements.
  • Leverage systems for precise reporting and communication.
  • Engage in trade show activities as required.

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical capabilities to discern trends and patterns, communication proficiency to interact with clients effectively, and problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions. The ideal applicant should also demonstrate empathy, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and quality assurance is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and communication platforms.
