Business Development Specialist

Job Functions:- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Cafeteria Plans, and Time Keeping.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in HR, Payroll, and benefits administration outsourcing.
- Project a professional image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and HR decision makers.
- Analyze customer needs and interests, and present tailored solutions.
- Present service offerings via in-person and virtual meetings.
- Provide follow-up and perform sales closings.
We're seeking professionals with a proven track record in business-to-business sales, who possess strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. If you have a Bachelor's degree in business, experience in human resources, or a background in insurance sales or benefits administration, you'll be well on your way to success in this role.
