Data Efficiency Specialist

As an integral part of SNC Ltd, our Data Efficiency Specialist will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence. This position requires a strong analytical mind to optimize labor and material efficiency, identify manufacturing variances, and minimize financial impacts. You will develop and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, leveraging data to inform resource allocation and improve operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize Data Integrity
- Maximize Positive Results
- Monitor and Mitigate Negative Results
- Develop and Report Key Trends within Specific Indicators/Drivers
- Analyze and Implement CostPoint Capabilities
- Monitor and Manage Order Levels
- Monitor and Optimize Lead Times
- Develop and Execute Continuous Improvement Plans/Ideas
- Support New Hire Onboarding and Work Instruction Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher-level degree may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Strong understanding of forecasting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement, scheduling, and planning
- Progressive experience with Material Management Systems and/or Manufacturing Systems
- Understanding of Program Management, Operations, and/or Supply Chain Management processes
- Advanced Analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US Military
