Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing plant leadership, preferably in the food and/or bakery industry.
  • Experience operating in a unionized labor environment is required.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, IFS Standards, HACCP programs, USDA guidelines, and OSHA standards.
