Job Overview
At Antenna Research Associates Inc, we are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting the Test Engineers in creating new test systems/procedures, maintaining and troubleshooting existing test systems/procedures, ensuring proper data collection/storage/review, calibration of test setups, making baseline measurements, validating test plans, and creating test reports.

Responsibilities
* Assist Test Engineers in developing new test systems/procedures
* Maintain and troubleshoot existing test systems/procedures
* Ensure proper data collection/storage/review
* Calibrate test setups
* Make baseline measurements
* Validate test plans
* Create test reports

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience working with passive microwave components including hybrids, magic tees, filters, OMTs, and different antennas
* High proficiency in measurement instruments, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, generators, power meters, etc.
* Experience with RF connectors, cables, and torque wrenches
* Knowledge of antenna pattern measurements
* Ability to work from limited documentation, written or verbal instruction, schematics, rough sketches, diagrams, layouts, and plans often requiring interpretation and application of comprehensive knowledge and practical understanding of electronic theory and principles on antennas
