As an Office Coordinator, you will deliver high-level administrative support to executives throughout the organization, collaborating with various professionals across operations to meet strategic and business objectives.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in arranging travel logistics
  • Capability to work independently, maintain confidentiality when necessary, produce accurate results, and meet deadlines
