As an Administrative Associate with APR Consulting, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our client's department/unit. Your responsibilities will include performing a wide range of administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient processing of work requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department/unit, including routine office and clerical duties
- Offer quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule appointments and activities, and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with external, interdepartmental, and intradepartmental teams to achieve departmental goals
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
- Competent English grammar and composition skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Associate's Degree or higher
- Experience performing general office work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
