We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing intensive home-based therapeutic care to youth and young adults aged 6-22 who are experiencing emotional challenges and/or multi-stressed families.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to clients' homes to conduct family therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with the client's treatment team.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to clients.
- Masters Degree in Social Services field.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work effectively with collaterals and partner agencies.
- Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
