Job Title: Music Therapist - Early Intervention Specialist

Thom Child and Family Services is seeking a board-certified Music Therapist to join their team in providing early intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide home and community-based early intervention services to children and families.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Assess and document client progress, and make recommendations for future services.
  • Collaborate with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Board certification as a Registered Music Therapist.
  • Knowledge of family systems and early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
