Behavior Intervention Specialist

Northeast Family Services is a leading provider of mental health services, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to children, adolescents, adults, and families. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Monitor to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Behavior Monitor will work in our In-Home Behavioral Service (IHBS) program under the supervision of a licensed IHBS Clinician. This role involves supporting the implementation of the Clinician's treatment plan and collaborating with clients and their family/caregivers to achieve in-home therapy goals.
Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed IHBS Clinician
- Collaborate with clients and their family/caregivers to support in-home therapy goals
- Work with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and their family/caregivers
- Meet productivity standards and contribute to the growth and success of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
- Minimum one year of clinical experience working with children, youth, and families
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Able to work a specified schedule
- Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a car
- Must be 18 years old
